Personally, I wouldn’t put this on a pooch; the list of things wrong about it is too long... Feel free to disagree, of course.
But, watching this doofus use it on himself is maybe the best thing since David Letterman debuted the Velcro Suit.
(Hopefully, this experiment convinced the guy not to put it on his dog, and maybe he’ll just hide it in the nightstand instead...)
