'80s Twilight Zone on MeTV

Just FYI, as of this week MeTV is airing the 1980s iteration of The Twilight Zone weeknights at 12:30 AM/11:30 Central (it’s taking over the timeslot for the original Zone on the channel). If you’ve never seen it, it’s worth a look — less of a revival of the classic Serling show than a totally different SF/fantasy/horror anthology with a heavy emphasis on adaptations of classic stories. Tonight’s episode is “Shatterday,” starring a pre-Die Hard Bruce Willis, based on the story by Harlan Ellison, who was script editor for the first season. Later he was replaced by some whippersnapper named George R.R. Martin.
